Butte Township SPECIAL Board Meeting

Butte Township Supervisors Board will hold a special meeting on April 12, 2022, traveling to their Attorney’s location at:  Bormann, Myerchin, Espeseth, Edison, LLP, 418 E. Broadway Ave, Suite 240, Bismarck ND 58501.  On April 12, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. the Butte Township Supervisors Board will meet to discuss issues with township roads in Butte Township.  The Butte Township Supervisors Board will then go into executive session to discuss legal issues per their attorney concerning the plowing up of township roads in Section 5 of Butte Township.  The Butte Township Supervisors Board and their attorney will then attend a virtual court session at the same location, per NDCC 44-04-19.1.
