The Planning and Zoning Commission was established by the Board of Commissioners to implement enforcement of the County Zoning Ordinance. Members include County Commissioner Steve Cottingham; Chairperson Richard Hultberg, Garrison; and members Glenn Earl, Underwood; Donald Flinn, Wilton; John Matthews, Garrison; Darwin Saari, Turtle Lake; and Donald Simon, Washburn. The board works closely with Land Use Administrator Todd Schreiner.
